An 8-Day Journey, April 20-28, 2023

THIERRY AND KATHY RAUTUREAU ARE INVITING YOU TO JOIN THEM FOR A ONE-OF-A-KIND JOURNEY TO THE EMERALD ISLE IN APRIL 2023 – YOU’LL EAT, DRINK AND HAVE GLORIOUS ADVENTURES TOGETHER!

This is a trip for the curious and joyful, a celebration of good company, delicious food, and incredible landscapes. We’ll sit down with farmers, local producers, fisherman and artisans. We’ll explore the Emerald Isle, and better understand its unique flavors and complexity of its local cuisine.

So what’s this all about?

We’re looking to gather a group of up to 14 travelers who want to experience

Ireland in a new way – learning a bit more, exploring off the beaten track, and of course

eating incredibly well. If this sounds like something that is calling out to you, then check it out by clicking the button below, and let us know – there are limited spots available.

And note, we’ll also be featuring a post-tour opportunity to visit Northern Ireland, from April 28 – May 1, 2023. You won’t want to miss this experience either!

SPOTLIGHT: IRELAND

Ireland is rich with history, world-changing artifacts, legends made famous in story and song, and warm, welcoming people who buy you a fresh Guinness in a local pub and challenge you to a game of darts. Stroll the cobbled walkways of Dublin’s Trinity College and marvel at its stunning ninth-century Book of Kells. Venture to the stunning Cliffs of Moher, whose towering peaks provide a breathtaking, majestic view of the country and whose myths capture the fancy of young and old alike.

“I always wanted to visit Ireland. I think of Ireland as a very picturesque country with gorgeous land pastures, majestic mountains, and a natural and rustic Atlantic coast filled with vibrant fishing towns. But most of all, I am looking forward to meeting the Irish Spirit in every Irish man and woman while eating local dishes, and of course drinking Guinness. I hope you’ll join me.” – Thierry The Chef in the Hat
